You Break Through

I'm honestly so happy with my experience at Fremont hub dentistry to the point it's driven me to write my first review for a dental office. I've noticed that a lot of smile generation dental offices tend to suffer in terms of customer service & quality of care but that's definitely not the case with this office. I've had a great experience with the front office staff that are helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable / ready to answer questions about billing and insurance - which is surprisingly something a lot of other dental offices lack as their staff is usually not as competent as they think themselves to be. Insurance can be a confusing matter so it's important the staff clearly understand it and are ready to help, as they are here. On top of that, the quality of care is great. My dentist, Dr Divakar Prakash, is amazing. He is kind and knowledgeable and most importantly, great at communicating what needs to be done and why it has to be done. He is very transparent and will try to do his best to help you achieve your healthiest teeth with respect to your budget as well. My hygienist, Madelynn Valone, is great at her job and gives great practical advice of what you can do to keep your teeth and gums healthy. I'm so lucky and grateful I got the combination of these two awesome practitioners!

Jeni did an absolutely amazing deep cleaning, and I’m so incredibly grateful! The difference it has made in my dental routine has been incredible. Most importantly, it completely stopped my gums from bleeding when I brush. I’ve had deep cleanings before, but I’ve never experienced results like this. Jeni was thorough, gentle, and truly did an amazing job. I highly recommend her! All of the staff are super nice, welcoming, and professional, and their pricing is fair and reasonable. I’m so happy I found this office!
