Jeni RDH, and Dr. Prakash created a warm, welcoming, and safe environment. The office manager, Madi, was very patient and helpful with scheduling and rescheduling. My cleaning was very thorough; I felt like I had a brand-new set of teeth afterward. I really appreciated the helpful suggestions and resources from Jeni, which I now incorporate into my daily routine. When examined by Dr. Prakash, I was grateful for his conservative approach, prioritizing my comfort and well-being over all else.

I have had three procedures at Fremont Hub Dentistry. A scaling, a crown replacement, and a teeth whitening procedure. From the moment I walked into the office I was stricken by how friendly and welcoming magic-Madi is. After completing intake forms, I was amazed how immaculate and new the dental suites were. All of them are equipped with the most advanced technology available. Procedure 1- gum scaling after 4D imagery was taken of my teeth and gums. Jeni, is the most knowledgeable and kind hygienist I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never seen inside my mouth before. After viewing the 4D imaging, what I thought was a microwave burn on my upper right canine gum I realized, after viewing the 4D imagery that I had developed a festering infection on the interior of my mouth, which I would’ve not been able to see without the 4D. Jeni then walked me through the scaling process, and said she would be utilizing a “laser” for the procedure. And that it would eliminate the infection and within a week restore my gums to a better state of health. This was my first scaling procedure. My observation is that it felt really good and there was no pain or sensitivity whatsoever. The comfort in knowing that the infection was be eliminated relieved all of my concern. Jeni has that California-cool chair-side manner that put me at ease. To view the graphic improvements in my gum health from week one to week two was like comparing flaming red to healthy pink. Amazing!!! From the preliminary 4D imaging, I saw a crown in my mouth that appeared to be an aged piece of Swiss cheese, filled with various types, and tones of fillings from various dentists. Krischiann Dr. P’s assistant explained to me that we could drill down and clean up the decay underneath the crown, and replace it the same day with a crown made of zirconium. And that the replacement crown would be one to two shades lighter from the teeth around it to give me A brighter smile post procedure. Doctor P walked in, I was amazed at his southern comfort chair, side manner. And I was extremely impressed that he is a perfectionist at everything that he and his team do.Dr P started the numbing process by using Procain which is the finest numbing agent anesthetic available. because it works specifically in the area where the work will be done and it wears off very promptly so I was able to go to dinner that night after my procedure. After many years of having drilling done in my mouth, I was never aware that the byproduct of drilling various types of metals that included mercury are in reality toxic to your existence. Doctor P uses a vacuum device while drilling to suck up all of the byproduct created by drilling on these old metals used in prior procedures. The entire procedure was painless prompt and when Krischiann placed the new crown in place, it looked and felt better than the moler that had been replaced. Like a child viewing something fascinating in a store window. I was amazed to see a machine literally take a cube of zirconium and form a perfect tooth that would become my new molar. I left the office after the second procedure and went to dinner with friends and was amazed. There was no numbness left from the anesthetic, and I was able to enjoy a delicious meal while adhering to my post procedural protocols. Procedures 1 & 2 and were positively flawless !!! My third procedure was a Teeth whitening procedure, which in the past, always left me with extremely sensitive teeth. This was not the case with the Fremont Hub dentistry team. Krischiann and Dr P walked me through the entire process and gave me visual examples of A1& B1 tooth tones which would be their goal for the end result. After Krischiann completed the first parts of the procedure, Dr P finished and evaluated my teeth post-procedure. After 4-20 minute applications, there was no sensitivity felt by me at all. The final tone that my teeth resulted in post procedure was better than the A1 example that was used for comparison at the outset. Dr. P and his team met and exceeded my expectations immensely!!!

I had an excellent experience at Fremont Hub Dentistry! The staff was incredibly attentive, and every procedure was explained to me in a very clear and detailed way. The clinic is new, exceptionally clean, and has a modern feel. Their prices are fair, and I love the convenience of being able to book appointments online. They also follow up on your treatment and go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable at all times. Highly recommend!
